Service Description

Group sessions are designed to help athletes grow as a group, individual growth can and will happen in these team sessions for athletes. These sessions are not personalized and individualized, instead focusing on the needs of the team. There are 3 different plans available for this type of service: Bronze (4 sessions), Silver (6 sessions), Gold (10 Sessions).
